There are no returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped. All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
All items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, our BBQ Concierge will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. Please reach out to our BBQ Concierge at BBQConcierge@ghkcraftbbq.com to resolve the issue within 7-days of delivery.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
